We progress at Pilates through consistent practice.

Making it into the studio is not always easy so if you would like to keep moving at home or while you travel, our On Demand library curated by Carrie is the perfect solution.

  • Foam Roller & Weights Flow

    In this 45 minute intermediate class we will use the foam roller and some hand weights (1kg or 2kgs) to open the chest and back, strengthen our body and improve our form when completing planks and push ups. 

  • Post Natal - 6 weeks

    A 30 minute class for your return to exercise after the birth of your baby. We will reconnect the core muscles including the abdominals and gently stretch and mobilise the body.

    Always get checked by your GP before you return to exercise and recommended to also visit a Women’s Health Physio for an in depth check up.

  • Pilates Essentials with a towel

    In this 45 minute class suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, we use a towel to mobilise the middle back and strengthen the feet and ankles. 

  • Essentials Foam Roller

    Feeling a bit tight? This 45 minute class using the Foam Roller will help you unwind and release, massaging out the tight spots and mobilising your spine and joints.

  • Elevate with Ankle Weights

    A dynamic 45 minute full body class using ankle weights for added challenge. We include lots of weight bearing upper body exercises in this session so expect to sweat!

  • Perfect for Beginners

    In this 20 minute class, you will explore the fundamentals of Pilates. No props needed, great for Beginners or anyone needing the basics.

  • Free the Joints with a Resistance Band

    This 40 minute class releases tension in the joints and works the core muscles using a stretchy resistance band and is appropriate for all levels of fitness and experience. 

    Any colour band is fine and we use a green band in this class.

  • Express Flow

    20 minute intermediate class when you want a short and punchy class

  • Twists and Turns

    In this 45 minute intermediate level class we twist and turn to free the body of tension and build strength and endurance.

    This class includes inversions so if you are unable to do them please return to the bridging exercise.

  • Essentials Flow

    This is a 45 minute beginner flow with a focus on mobility.

    Required: Mat

  • Mobility Flow

    This is a 20 minute feel-good mobility flow to help you release tension and shake off the stress of the day. It is perfect when you are short on time, after a long work day or travelling.

    Required: A mat and towel which you can roll up

  • Contemporary Twist on Classical Mat

    This 45 minute intermediate class is a contemporary take on the classical mat sequence. It is a challenging class so modifications are offered if you need them.

    Required: Mat

  • Hip Mobility

    This is a 25 minute Essentials flow using a long stretchy band. We focus on hip mobility and physical endurance.

    Required: Mat and a theraband or small loop band. Can also be done without a band.
