Group Classes

Where Pilates meets community

Our small group classes are held on the Reformer, Tower and Mat. We offer Essential, Flow and Elevate class levels, with modifications and progressions to suit our beginner through to experienced movers.

Each class follows the core principles of Pilates to address the needs of the whole body: posture, strength, flexibility, coordination and control.

Individual attention is our teaching strength and with only 6 clients in a class, you’ll enjoy the benefit of attention when needed, while sharing the energy of our friendly class community.

Essentials

Our Essentials class focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates so you can build strength, flexibility and confidence in your practice. Taught at a steady, supportive pace, this class will help you develop a deeper mind-body connection and more efficient movement.

Suitable for all levels, your Instructor will offer challenges in class to keep you progressing.
