At The Pilates Nook, we offer private sessions for individuals and duet sessions for pairs. Both options incorporate the full range of Pilates equipment, providing a well-rounded and supportive movement experience. Each session is customised to meet your goals, following an initial assessment. Our experienced and caring Instructors focus on the core Pilates principles to support your entire body, improving your posture, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
If you have a specific time in mind and would like to bring a friend or relative for a duet session, please do get in touch with us to arrange that. If you’re open to it, we have plenty of duet times available in our schedule. You can easily book as you would for any class, and we will happily pair you with another client.
Is Pilates right for me?
Yes! Everyone, regardless of age and health will benefit from regular Pilates practice. If your GP has cleared you for Pilates then you are very welcome at The Pilates Nook.
Our instructors are highly experienced and participate in ongoing training and education so as to provide safe, effective movement for all our clients.
Our instructors can assist with;

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. For your safety please avoid loose jewellery, zippers and belt buckles.
Clean GRIP SOCKS are compulsory and we have freshly laundered pairs to borrow or pairs for sale in the Studio.
You are welcome to bring a small towel, although this is optional.
