We love supporting your progress beyond the studio. That’s why we’ve created a library of fundamental exercises you can refer to between sessions. Your Instructor will guide you on which ones to practise at home before your next visit.

We’ve also included a mobility flow session and a series of short, foot-focused classes filmed by Carrie - all available to you for free. We pay special attention to the feet here, as they play a crucial role in the health of your knees, hips, and spine!

These videos are designed as a compliment to your regular in-studio sessions but if you experience any pain please stop and discuss with your Instructor at your next session.

It is perfect when you are short on time, after a long work day or travelling.

You will need a mat and a rolled up towel.
