Founded in 1992, Polestar is a globally respected educator of contemporary Pilates, offering comprehensive courses for anyone wanting to become a skilled and knowledgeable Instructor.
The Pilates Nook is an official Polestar Pilates Host Studio. We hold Mat and Reformer Intensives and Studio Rehab Comprehensive courses .
We welcome students from all Polestar courses to come in to observe, practice and join our study groups.

Study Groups
Our study groups are for students to practice their teaching skills alongside Polestar Mentors. These sessions equal three apprentice teaching hours in the log-book and provide time for demonstration and teaching sign-off.
Study groups are held on alternate Fridays 2pm - 5pm and some Saturdays 1pm - 4pm (Mat repertoire only).

Self Mastery
Group classes are important self-mastery time for students. Privates and duets are tailored sessions to help with specific goals and we encourage all students to include privates or duets in their training.
Polestar students can save 10% on the purchase of a private or duet pack. Please email us for the current promo code.
If you wish to use a private/duet time for teaching and demo sign-off, book in with one of our Polestar Mentors or Educators. If you cannot see a time that suits you, please email us your preference and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
