Observing in the Studio

We welcome all Polestar students into the Studio to respectfully observe our teaching.

The conditions for observation are:

• Bookings can be made 1 week in advance by email and are free for students who have purchased a pack

• Maximum of 2 hours per day per student

• Only one student in the studio at any time, seated by the window

• Please arrive on time with no disruption to the studio

• Do not take up time of the instructor after the class

• If the instructor is busy please write down your hours in the logbook for a signature at another time

• Please email the studio afterwards with any questions

• No use of the Pilates equipment during observation hours

• Note taking is allowed and encouraged

• No photos or videos without prior consent

• No posting to social media

• Dress respectively in relation to the studio environment.
