What we offer
Privates & Duets
If you are seeking a personalised, tailored approach to your practice, then a private or duet session is a good choice for you. Following a compulsory Initial Assessment, your Instructor will plan a program to meet your specific goals.
If you are new to Pilates, living with a chronic condition or recovering from injury, we recommend you begin with privates or duets before moving into group classes.
Group Classes
We offer small group classes on the Reformer, Tower and Mat. Our Essentials class supports beginners in building strong foundations, Flow is ideal for confident, intermediate movers and Elevate is designed for those ready for an advanced challenge.
Individual attention is our teaching strength, and you will be assisted by our experienced and knowledgeable Instructors as required during class.
On Demand
We progress at Pilates through regular practice. Repetition is key to building strength and flexibility, escaping the pain cycle and avoiding injury.
Making it into the studio is not always easy so why not try our On Demand library curated by Carrie. Suitable for all levels, you can select a class to do anywhere, anytime, at your convenience.
