Our Retreat on the Hawkesbury was a complete joy! We were joined by a fantastic group of guests who brought warmth, curiosity and laughter to the weekend. While the Pilates sessions were definitely a highlight, the delicious food was a close contender!
Between Pilates classes and workshops, guests wandered down to the river for a swim, explored the surrounding area or simply relaxed for a chat or with a book and a cup of tea on the wrap around verandah or in the shade of the trees.
The weekend was a beautiful balance of movement, rest, nourishment and connection, everything we hope all our future retreats will be.

Carrie
Carrie loves to teach Studio Pilates with a focus on rehabilitation and sports performance. She also loves the energy of a group class and brings her own unique personality and creativity to every session. With an eagle eye for technique and the subtleties of alignment, Carrie will help you fast-track your progress.
Emma
Emma’s inclusive teaching style welcomes all levels of fitness. Her sessions are designed to empower clients to carry the mindfulness, alignment and strength they cultivate inside the studio, out into everyday life.
Matt
Chef Matt has designed a delicious menu for the Retreat combining his passion for good food and bringing people together. He brings his impressive culinary experience from around the world, as well as locally from Bondi Icebergs, so you will definitely be spoilt with his cooking!
Lauren
Lauren is a Confidence and Mindset Coach, founder of Stumble & Shine Coaching, mum of three, coffee devotee, wine appreciator, and just a little bit clumsy (hence the stumbles!). Life is rarely tidy, but it’s always teaching us something and Lauren wouldn’t have it any other way.
